Welcome to Republic Aviation. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our private flight booking platform (the “Platform”), where clients can search for, request, and book private charter flights. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- About Republic Aviation’s Platform
Republic Aviation provides a digital interface for clients to search for private charter flight options and request bookings. We act as an intermediary between you and licensed third-party charter operators(“Operators”). Republic Aviation is not a direct air carrier or operator.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements in order to use the Platform and book flights.
- Flight Bookings
- All flights are subject to availability and confirmation by the selected Operator.
- Pricing, aircraft availability, and itinerary terms are provided by the Operator and may change prior to confirmation.
- A flight is not confirmed until full payment has been received and acknowledged in writing.
- Payments
- Payment terms will be provided as part of the booking process.
- Republic Aviation may facilitate payment processing but is not liable for delays or errors by payment processors or Operators.
- Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellation and change policies are determined by the Operator and will be shared at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if any, are subject to the Operator’s policies.
- Republic Aviation is not responsible for missed flights, delays, or schedule changes caused by third parties or external factors.
- Operator Responsibility
- Flights booked through our Platform are operated by licensed, third-party charter companies.
- Republic Aviation does not operate aircraft and is not responsible for the maintenance, safety, or execution of any flight.
- Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate passenger and payment information.
- You must comply with all Operator requirements, including documentation, baggage limits, and safety protocols.
- Any violation of these responsibilities may result in denied boarding or cancellation without refund.
- Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s functionality.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Privacy
Use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your data.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Republic Aviation is not liable for:
- Any damages or losses arising from Operator performance or failure;
- Indirect or incidental damages related to flight delays, cancellations, or service disruptions;
- Events outside our control (e.g., weather, air traffic restrictions, mechanical issues).
- Modifications to Terms
Republic Aviation may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those updates.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
